Group Detail: The RTP Websphere User Group was started in February 2001. The meetings are held the last Tuesday of each month in Building 002 of IBM's campus in RTP from 6:00 to 8:00. Each meeting consists of a Meet, Eat and Greet period followed by a presentation, demo or hands-on, Q&A and then open discussion. The attendees are Websphere users, future Websphere users and IBM-ers who have come together to learn more about the products on the Websphere platform and help one another out by sharing experiences.

We need speakers & sponsors for future meetings. Both IBM'ers and users are asked to volunteer. Talks can be short or long. Please email me for further information. Talks from third-party vendors will also be of interest if they are substantially technical and of general interest, and not overly commercial or specific to the vendor's products.
