The Association for Retail Technology Standards (ARTS) group has just announced the release a white paper, the ARTS Social Retailing Blueprint aimed at helping retailers implement a social strategy for their businesses. The white paper brings together best practices for social commerce and emerging trends in the social landscape. The white paper is comprehensive and covers a number of relevant topics including Social Analytics, Social Marketing, f-commerce and gamification.
The white paper is available for free to National Retail Federation (NRF) and shop.org members and can be downloaded at http://www.nrf.com/socialblueprint.
