IBM support assistant v5 has been released for tech preview. I have tried it for a week for debugging different issues of websphere application server. 

The new ISA is based on websphere application server community edition unlike the previous versions which were based on eclipse. The new ISA has the follwoing ffeatues

• Case management
• File Management
• Troubleshooting tools
• Data collector
