Hi 
Is it possible two add these two features ?

1. In the discussion forum, option to mark a thread as 'Resolved' 

2. Option for an user to add some points [like repuation points], when someone helps him to resolve an issue.

Hi Joseph -- Thanks for the suggestions!

For #1, I will have to check with our technical team to see if the forums can support a Resolved button and how the functionality would work.  I can report back when I have a full answer.

For #2, we have something similar to this in our loyalty program. Future announcements regarding the GWC Member Rewards Program will detail how users can earn site badges that indicate their expertise level on the site.  We don't have functionality that will allow one user to assign another user points, but if you're active in the forums and on the site -- as you are -- then your Lifetime Points increase and you achieve various badges on the site that show others your expertise level. We are still testing this functionality out, but I hope to have an announcement for you in the next few weeks.
