Update: You can now select HTTP Server from the drop-down list of Categories when you add content to the site.  Thanks for the suggestion!

I tried to post a topic on HTTP Server in the blog, then found it was not present in the category list.

Odd, you should see it in the drop down list for Categories.  It should look like this:
