Born in Romania, Mihnea now lives in Toronto, Canada where he is currently pursuing an MBA at the Rotman School of Management.

Eric Herness, Distinguished Engineer and BPM Chief Architect, IBM Corporation
Eric Herness is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and is the Chief Architect for Business Process Management (BPM) in the Software Group at IBM.  Eric is also the CTO for the business unit focused on BPM and Decision Management.   Eric leads the team of architects that define product architecture and architecture direction for this business.
