We are pleased to announce the launch of the IBM BPM A/NZ Users Group. Meet old and new members in Australia and New Zealand, share your BPM and BRMS ideas and experiences, and discuss challenges in an open forum attended by IBM experts and a select group of peers. The group is a great opportunity to get the latest in the world of BPM, learn about IBM’s BPM product roadmap, and hear fellow users from a range of industries share their challenges and successes.

Impact 2011 Client Reference "ACE" Award Winners
The WebSphere Client Reference team announced the winners for the first Awarding Client Excellence (ACE) Awards at Impact 2011. The winners were selected for their success stories across these three categories:
Agility: Recognizes improved responsiveness to change as well as overall business process speed.
Winners: HUK-COBURG, Lincoln Trust, Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC
Transformation: Recognizes significant business results, turnaround or business process redesign for enhanced corporate-wide collaboration, communication, responsiveness or other process improvement.

Innovation: Recognizes unique and creative use of a technology to further extend its usability, lifetime and reach.

ACE Awards recipients were invited to participate in activities such as an exclusive dinner with Steve Mills, IBM Senior VP and Group Executive Software & Systems at Lavo located in the Venetian Palazzo Hotel; an “Hour with the Press” (in one of our Press Roundtables or a 1:1 interview); a client testimonial video and an ACE Awards reception party in the Client Reference Lounge (shown in the attached picture).
They also received a crystal award commemorating their achievement and were offered reserved seating at Tuesday’s main tent where the ACE Award winners were showcased.
